WE CAN FUND THE WALL WITHOUT CONGRESS,,,,.
The American people will be glad to buy a small section of a much needed WALL. The WALL is about $175 per square foot. Let me buy a square foot or two and give me a simple deed that states I own part of the WALL. Large company's could buy a mile of WALL (about 28 million). This could be taken out of their advertising budget. They could put their logo on their section and take a picture of it for advertising purposes . Company's could also offer payroll deduction for employees to give 5 or 10 dollars a week till the WALL is built.
As an individual, if I funded 1 square foot of the WALL, I could be a bronze builder. If I funded 2 sq. ft., I would a silver builder. 3 sq. feet gold and 5 sq. ft., I would be a platinum builder. My deed would state which builder I am . Companies based on size would be bronze, silver, gold or platinum builders. The larger the company, the more they would have to fund to be a platinum builder. A company with 100 employees could be a platinum builder by funding say a 100 sq. ft. section of the WALL where as Ford Motor Co. would have to fund a mile of the WALL to be a platinum builder. This levels the playing field for all companies. Give companies a plackard for their doors so when you enter, you would know they supported protecting our freedom.
